Reading a book is one of the best social media alternatives. Reading is ideal because it promotes mental and physical health while allowing you to fully immerse yourself in an interesting story.

Dust off the old cookbook and cook or bake yourself something delicious. People tend to get stuck in ruts with their eating and making something new is a perfect way to break out of a rut.
