On a Mac, you’ll be able to hide or show the menu bar. This feature has been on Mac since it was first released in 1984, but since then, you now have the option to hide or show it if you want.

If you tick the box to hide it, the menu bar will appear again when you glide your mouse toward the top of the screen.

Add in your signature and then send the PDF back!

5. Use Split Screens

Sometimes having two windows side-by-side can be helpful, and with the new software update, it’s easier to do.

To do this, you just have to left-click and hold the green maximum button. This will bring a dropdown menu that will give you the option to organize where you want your screens.

Then you’ll have to pick another window to open right next to it.

You can also use the separating line between the two windows to make them a little bit smaller or bigger if necessary.

6. Customize Your Dock

Your dock is the bar at the bottom of your screen and will have all kinds of different icons to act as shortcuts to other applications.

Many of them include built-in apps like Contacts, Calendars, Notes, and Safari.

However, you can customize it to be whatever you want. You can add apps, folders, and sometimes even files to the dock. To do this, you just have to drag and drop them into the dock.

If you don’t want them anymore, you can just drag them out until you see the word Remove pop up on your screen.

When you remove them from the dock, don’t worry. It isn’t permanently deleting them from your computer, and you can always find it again.

If you open your System Preferences and choose the Dock icon, you can also customize other things. You can change how big the icons are, reposition the Dock, and change the magnification of the icons as well.

Most other computers can’t help you figure out the Wi-Fi password on other devices.

However, Macs are great at remembering the passwords and letting you know what they are. It uses a feature called Apple Keychain, and this is where a lot of your private data can be stored.

If you ever find yourself in a new place or forgot an old Wi-Fi password, you can probably find it on Keychain Access.

Just open the app and search for the name of the Wi-Fi address in Spotlight. Once you find it, you can select Show password and then be greeted by the Wi-Fi address.
